Q: Who will come to meet us at the airport?
A: Tremendous Lanka representative /guide will be at the Airport to welcome you, holding a page board with your name on it.
Q: Can I make any changes to my itinerary during the tour?
A: Yes you can. We will help you in that regard. If there any additional cost you may have to bear it. Ex. Extra milage, entrance fees etc... Canceling hotel onced booked, may subject to the cancellation policy of that hotel. How ever we do our best for your satisfaction.
Q: Can disability person do a tour in Sri Lanka?
A: Yes we are ready to facilitate such person.
Q: Do I need to pay the full amount at once?
A: Its better if you can pay the full amount at once. If not, hotel charges are payable as soon as the tour is confirmed. Rest can be paid upon arrival.
Q: How much should I tip for my guide?
A: It depends to the level your satisfaction. However amount between 10 dollars to 25 dollars will be a good tip for your guide.
Q: Which currency is accepted?
A: For international transactions we mostly accept USD(us dollars). Rupees can be used for transactions in Sri Lanka. ATM machines are available in every city. Also there are places to charge your money to Sri Lankan rupees.
